Can I cancel my pre-order?Updated 5 months ago

Yes, but it depends on the status of the order. 

If the item has not yet shipped, please email [email protected] and we will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund. 

If your pre-order has been shipped or is in the shipping process we cannot cancel it, but you may contact customer service to start the return process.
