Where can I find information on Pre-Orders?

We gladly accept returns, within 60 days of delivery in the same condition that you received them, with the exception of final sale items. To begin a return, please visit our Return Portal.

Need to make a return?

The Godzilla store currently ships within the United States and to Canada. 

Orders shipped within the United States cost a flat $8 USD. Orders shipped to Canada cost a flat $15 USD. All orders of $150 USD or more currently ship free!

Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

The Godzilla Store works to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, that means we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.

For shipping address changes:
Before placing your Godzilla Store order, you can change the shipping address from your shopping cart. Please make sure the Shipping Address is correct before placing your order.

After your order is placed you may contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number to see if they can reroute it to another address.
