Do you offer gift receipts?

From the Gift Receipt portal, enter your order number, and the zip code you entered upon purchase. Then input the name of the person the gift is for and select the product(s) you wish to provide a gift receipt. You may then choose whether you'd like

How do I track my order?

Log into your Godzilla Store account, view "My Orders", and select "Details"

My item was damaged or defective. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon receival. If the order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us. Every effort will be made to replace your item. However, we cannot guarantee stock.

How do I see my previous orders?

By logging into your Godzilla Store account, view "My Orders." You will be able to see a complete order history.

How can I edit or cancel my order?
