We gladly offer free returns within 60 days of delivery, as long as items are in the same condition in which they were received, excluding final sale items. 

A prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth and seamless process. To begin a return, please visit our Return Portal

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the item is marked as “Delivered.” Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process. Note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.


Damages and Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon receival. If the order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us.


Exchanges:

At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you are looking to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and then place a new order.
